One-stage vs Multi-stage Compressor
Find out the difference between a one-stage compressor and a multi-stage compressor.
While compressed air is a crucial part of many industries, untreated compressed air always contains contaminants – such as water (vapor), oil (vapor), microorganisms, dirt and trace gases. These contaminants can cause damage to product equipment, corrosion of metals, bad quality end products or air pollution. Often also the main constituents of air - oxygen and nitrogen - are unwanted. Air treatment systems are thus crucial to protect your equipment, products and people.
Our competence team will work with you to understand your air treatment needs and will come up with the right solutions. Thanks to our wide and innovative product portfolio we can offer guaranteed purity, while maintaining lowest costs and energy levels.
We are capable of handling your requests in the most flexible way: from the smallest adaptations to the most complex requirements. For Pneumatech, your company’s success is paramount. You can count on us to maximize your protection, production and profitability
Since 1966, Pneumatech has provided industry-leading compressed air and gas treatment solutions to customers across the globe. We pioneered external heat regenerative dryers in the 1980s, introduced variable speed technology on refrigerant dryers (2000s) and pushed the energy efficiency of nitrogen generators to the highest level (2010s). Our innovative products and solutions provide clean, dry air and gas to general industries as well as automotive, textile, power generation, oil & gas, food & beverage and electronics.
Sustainability is a guiding principle for everything we do at Pneumatech. We believe that we have a responsibility to leave behind a healthier planet for future generations. But becoming more sustainable is not just the right thing to do, it is also good for business.
That is why we are dedicated to creating compressed air treatment and industrial gas solutions that add value to you, our customers. From our energy-efficient equipment to services that help you lower your environmental footprint, our goal is to allow you to do more with less.
But our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the products we offer. To us, sustainability also means investing in our team members and keeping them safe. It means acting ethically and responsibly in all of our business dealings.
In short, we want to build strong, lasting relationships with all of our stakeholders and employees. We view this as an essential part of our long-term success and the only path to profitability and growth in the future.

If you're wondering what an air compressor actually is, you've come to the right place. Simply, air compressors convert power in to air that is pressurised which is then used to power air tools such as spray guns. Air compressors are used in a wide range of applications, so naturally if you want one that will be designed for spray painting your vehicle, you want a compressor specifically made for spray guns! This way your compressor will be able to provide the right amount of power to perform the job.

We Kiwi's love our Coffee! Coffee, like all other food & beverage products, must go through a preservation process to keep the beans fresh during storage and packaging before they reach the consumer. Coffee that is not properly stored after it is roasted will lose a large amount of carbon dioxide, which lessens its' flavor and speeds up the staling process. One of the most common ways to preserve the freshness of coffee is the use of nitrogen gas. Learn more here:

The emergency stop, "e-stop", is for true emergency situations only. When hitting the e-stop, all power is halted from the machine
and the unload process isn't achieved. The emergency stop button is intended to help with possibly hazardous situations that are developing.
Common conditions of having to use the e-stop is the misuse of the equipment in ways that weren’t intended, predictable failures not
addressed or failing to consider all the foreseeable uses of the compressor.

Your passion is vinification, ours is air compressors.
Compressed air accounts for a large amount of energy consumption in the wine production process, especially in the production of grapes. A
big part of wine-making is a result of the work of equipment and is dependent on its efficiency.
An air compressor should be located in well ventilated, shaded areas, out of direct sunlight. This includes the inlet for the compressed air
system which should be located away from heat sources such as the compressed air outlet, refrigeration or air conditioning plant and
equipment.

Variable Speed Drive compressors are a game-changer in the world of compressed air. These compressors automatically adjust their operating speeds to match the real-time demand for compressed air. It's an important feature, especially when it comes to energy savings. Surprisingly, the electricity consumed by a compressor can account for the largest portion of its total cost of ownership, not the initial purchase price. On average, VSD technology can reduce energy costs by 35% to 50%, which translates into significant saving
