Wellbeing is a sustainable state of feeling good and functioning well in our lives and in our work. Achieving this requires a sense of wellbeing physically, mentally, socially, and purposefully (i.e., investing time and energy in things that truly motivate).
One way of understanding wellbeing is how well you are able to THRIVE โ feel positive emotions, function well in your team(s), develop personally and professionally, respond to challenges, and make meaning in your personal and work life โ even as things change.
As the climate slowly gets cooler we know that out favourite season winter is here. This is the season of eating healthier, enjoying
seasonal produce and enjoying more and more outdoor activities. However, a sudden drop of temperature may also bring along seasonal ailments
which especially affects the elderly, young children and those who already suffer from co-morbidities.
This season increases incidents of cold, cough, flu and for this reason we highlight the importance to our team of getting a flu shot to protect themselves and their loved ones. We offer free flu shots to our team to encourage our team to stay healthy over winter.
For the past five years, we have offered a delivery of fresh fruits each week to our premises around the country, not just in winter, but
