On May 19th it was National Pink Shirt Day, a day raising awareness about bullying and its effects on people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. But by standing up against bullying, we can make a difference.
Reach out to someone who may be feeling alone or left out. Offer a helping hand, a kind word, or a listening ear. Together, we can make a positive impact on someone's life.
Kindness costs nothing, but its impact can be immeasurable.

Here at Ash Air, the safety and well-being of our employees is vital to us, which is why we set ambitious standards for workplace safety.
We continuously work to reinforce our culture of safety and well-being. Our use of the safety pyramid concept encourages employees to
promptly report any incidents such as near-misses. This helps us take corrective action and maintain a preventative approach to safety.
Supporting employee wellbeing
Wellbeing is a sustainable state of feeling good and functioning well in our lives and in our work. Achieving this requires a sense of
wellbeing physically, mentally, socially, and purposefully.
The Atlas Copco Group believes that supporting employee wellbeing is a critical component of our culture and success. To this end, the Atlas Copco Group has developed a Wellbeing Framework that is designed to establish a common language about wellbeing and a structure to support employee wellbeing throughout the Group; and help us facilitate wellbeing initiatives to our team.
We also support our team with Learning Link. Learning Link is our one stop shop for learning and competence development. Our team have a learning platform available to them throughout their work week, which has many trainings and learnings covering many different topics. In this case, there are learnings that cover the wellbeing framework here.
Learning Link is our group-wide learning management system where we offer a wide range of learning activities. Apart from our own courses, you have access to more than 15, 000 LinkedIn Learning courses and videos covering everything from automation and artificial intelligence to business or creative topics – and our team can learn on the go, anytime, anywhere!
The Group also are part integral part of the flow, facilitating learning sessions via email invitations which are held over video
conferencing, where our team can join in and learn about wellbeing and opportunities to utilise their health.
At Ash Air, we want to do things the right way. The Group has an established process for reporting behavior or actions that could be perceived as violations of laws or regulations, of Code of Conduct, or just 'not right'.
Our team have a responsibility to protect our values, the company, the brand, and each other. We encourage our team to Speak Up. Our
employees have access to the SpeakUp site, where they find a package of material available to help every business unit promote our
misconduct reporting system.
