Q. As the SHEQ Specialist at Ash Air, tell us about the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Policy.
We at Ash Air aspire to Minimize Harm to people, our clients, customer and visitors and the environment as much as operationally practicable. We are committed to provide a Safe and Healthy working environment for the prevention of work-related injury, ill health and the protection of the environment, prevention of pollution and we are also committed to provide innovative customer solutions that assist our customers to achieve their Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality objectives, to enhance customer satisfaction.

Q. What does the SHEQ role entail? What is the main focus and priorities in this role?
Minimizing harm, develop, implement and maintain an Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management system for continual improvement.
Q. We recently received the Site Wise Gold Certificate. Tell us about why this is significant for Ash Air?
Achieving SiteWise Gold means: Ash Air has demonstrated that we have a high quality health and safety systems in place. This certificate

Q. To date, what are you most proud of in your accomplishments in your role?
Helping to Create a SHEQ Management system and seeing the improvements year after year.
