On 15th - 17th November, we held the Ash Air Sales event. It was a fantastic opportunity for our sales team to come together,
collaborate and take away new learnings and best practices. We had in-depth discussions and soft skill workshops, which were peppered with
light-hearted jokes and laughter to keep the energy flowing!
We are proud of our team; their commitment, participation, and can-do attitude was standout during this event.
The event was held over three days in Auckland, New Zealand, and was hosted in a relaxed, urban country environment - a cosy
conference centre with accommodation overlooking over a vast amount of manicured acreage.
Day one was welcomed with a lunch and agenda overview, as well as discussing our successes, strategy and focus areas. During this
event we focused on workshops, networking and productive outcomes and solutions. In the late afternoon after our wrap up day one
session, all participants went and tried their hand at Golf on the green. It was fabulous to see our team laughing and working
together to help one another both during the seminar, and on the golf course as well.
On Day 2, the morning was spent learning about the vacuum business plan as well as drawing conclusions from this. Before getting stuck
in CTS learnings, our Finance team joined us to introduce themselves to our Sales team, and discuss support initiatives going forward.
The CTS seminars was a mixture of learning, recapping information, and workshops. The evening came quickly, and during this time our team
shared stories around the outdoor tables and enjoyed a Kiwi BBQ style buffet dinner. As the second day came to a close, we welcomed the last
day of our conference where we focused on IAT division, communications, as well as Contract risk.
It was a fantastic event; an interactive platform where we shared and learned from each other, and also acted as a bridge to improve
openness, transparency and process efficiency. We grow together!
