The Ash Air range of quality dry rotary vane pumps do not use lubrication and can be operated continuously at absolute pressure above 400 mbar. The DVP rotary pump is widely used in a number of applications including printing, holding and lifting.

These durable, hard-working rotary vane pumps can work in vacuum and compressor mode depending on the configuration and being oil-free means there is no oil carryover, with the added advantage of a rotary pump that can work continuously at pressure range 120 - 1000 mbar.

At Ash Air we pride ourselves on supplying quality, reliable rotary vane pumps to our customers, with industry-leading servicing and spare parts for all brands. We offer 24/7 nationwide support with experienced engineers on hand to help when and where you need it.

Introducing the new DVS series of dry vane vacuum pumps by Atlas Copco, offered by Ash Air

The core of these pumps features a rotor with grooves where highly resistant graphite vanes are inserted. The centrifugal force ensures continuous contact between the vanes and the body, maintaining stable and consistent vacuum levels during operation. Standard features of the DVS series include an internal inlet filter, a non-return valve, an exhaust silencer, a noise-containment canopy (from DVS 16-140), and an energy-efficient IE3 electric motor (from DVS 16-140).

The DVS dry rotary vane vacuum pumps are available with nominal suction flow rates ranging from 5 m3/h to 140 m3/h and ultimate vacuum levels of up to 120-150 mbar(a). For higher flow requirements, we recommend exploring our DZS series of dry claw vacuum pumps and systems.

The DVS dry rotary vane vacuum pump is ideally suited for:

  • Packaging
  • CNC clamping
  • Pneumatic conveying
  • Medical systems
  • Laboratory vacuum
  • Printing
  • Pick and place
  • Holding, lifting, moving
  • Woodworking
