"Helping a customer out of a tight spot is always rewarding for me! We recently assisted a customer who had experienced a breakdown on their screw blower used for pneumatic conveying. The spares were costly and not available off the shelf, so we took it upon ourselves to have the carbon seals manufactured and sourced the bearings from a local supplier. We were able to overhaul the pump and have them back up and running within a few days. The interesting part was that we had never worked on this model of pump before but came together as a team to ensure we get the job done right. This speaks volumes to the willingness of the team to learn and take action when needed."
