Specification SmartAir Master
SUPERIOR CONTROL OF COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
The SmartAir Master controls up to 12 Compressors in any combinations of standard- and variable speed compressoren of any manufacturer.
All compressors are operated with the provisio to save energy. The compressed air generation continuously is adapted to the air demand at optimised low pressure band.
Every connected compressor automatically is switched on or off reliant to its performance by the higher or lower air demand. Working hours are loaded equally at same sized compressors. The sequence of the compressors individually can be programmed by setting the priorities.
At a breakdown the internal compressor control automatically is reactivated.
INSTALLATION AND PROGRAMMING
The connection of compressor controls to the SmartAir Master is made easily via a single data cable in „bus structure“.
CompAir controls DELCOS 3100, DELCOS Pro and DELCOS 1000 do not require any additional hardware. Foreign compressor has to be connected via the optional compressor module (STD) or via the compressor module (VSD).
Monitoring of external equipment as compressed air dryer, filter and condensate management is effected to the SmartAir Master via direct connection or via optional extension modules.
The commissioning is quick and uncomplicated due to the innovative step by step commissioning assistant in the help function.
Up to 12 different operating profiles can be programmed for the compressed air station. Each profile contains pressure band, priorities, and compressed air receiver capacity. The change-over of the profiles is effected by the timer or via programmable digital inputs.
OPERATION
The highly customer friendly colour graphic display with touch function is self explaining and offers at any time an actual overview on the compressed air generation and the connected compressors.
